Equinox Projects delivered a complete end-to-end office fit-out at Level 9, 213 Miller Street, North Sydney for Intera Group — a trusted client relationship now spanning five years and multiple floors. The fit-out combined premium finishes with efficient programme delivery, managing all trades within an occupied commercial building.
Scope of Works
- Full floor strip-out and preparation
- New partition and ceiling system installation
- Premium flooring specification and installation
- Joinery, kitchenette and reception workstation
- Electrical, data and AV coordination
- FF&E installation and final commissioning
Challenges
Works were conducted within a live, occupied commercial building — base-building coordination, after-hours noisy works scheduling and lift bookings were managed proactively throughout.
Intera Group's operational continuity required phased handover of spaces, with some areas needing to be available for use before full practical completion.
Premium finish specifications required early procurement of long-lead items and close quality surveillance during installation.
Delivery
Delivered on programme in November 2023. Zero significant defects at practical completion. Intera Group have subsequently engaged Equinox across further floors at 213 Miller Street and 65 Berry Street, North Sydney.
